Meet Your Doula
After almost a decade working in the PR & Communications space, I fell head over heels in love with birth work after witnessing the impact of a doula firsthand. I believe that every person giving birth, especially those who have long been harmed by our medical system, deserve a safe, empowering space and unwavering support.
As your doula, I will work to:
Create a comfortable, welcoming and joyful space for your family during birth.
Work with you leading up to and during birth to find the strength and security in your body.
Provide you with the resources and information you’re looking for, ensuring you feel settled and empowered.
Help document your birth journey so you have a holistic story to share.
California-grown, I now call the Pacific Northwest home with my partner and our cat Mia. I love to fill my days with baking, reading as many books I can get my hands on, moving my body and birdwatching.
What Support Looks Like
Comprehensive Doula Support Package: $2,000
Before Birth
I offer two-to-three prenatal meetings to discuss your wants and needs for the birth, create a birth plan, practice body work and help solve any and all outstanding questions you have!
I’ll be on call for labor beginning at 37 weeks, ready to support the birth when the time arrives! Prior to active labor, I’ll be available for as many calls and texts as you need.
Once active labor begins, I’ll be with you through the entirety of the birth, and will provide support for up to 2 hours after your little one arrives.
During Birth
In the weeks following birth, I’ll provide up to two postpartum visits. During these visits I can help with whatever care you need, whether that’s help with the baby, meal prep, support around the house or just someone to spend time with. I’ll continue to be available for texts and calls through these visits as well.
